About Chaplain Bill

I have been honored for the last seventeen years to be able to share my faith and abilities with many of you at the race track as well as off the track. This has been on a limited basis until two years ago when I retired from the church I was pastoring. This is when God spoke to me about giving myself one-hundred-percent to the race track ministry.

 

On January 25, 2008, my wife and I traveled to Concord, North Carolina where we attended a training course with Motor Racing Outreach, better known as M.R.O., which serves as a spiritual arm for the motorsports industry. M.R.O. prepares men and women of God to work within the sport we all love so much.

 

 

I joined forces with this proven ministry in order to be able to serve the local racing community in a better fashion. It is my intention to be more accessible to each of you than I have been in the past. I am not asking you to join something, but to give me the support that I will need in order to be productive and serve you better.

 

I intend to cover as many tracks, events, and requests/needs as possible. The areas of ministry will be wide and varied, including, but not limited to:

• Track-side support
• Hospital visits
• Weddings
• Race shop visits
• Prayer times
